School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Roosevelt, WA

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Roosevelt, WA. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders to help them succeed in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
- Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate communication goals into daily classroom activities.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings to set goals and discuss student progress.
- Provide training and support to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Washington state SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
