School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Richardson, TX
Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Richardson, TX. This school-based position offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to students with speech and language challenges, helping them achieve success in both academic and social environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive educational plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress.
- Attend IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Offer training and guidance to staff and parents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for certification.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
