As a School-Based SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential. You will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with educational teams and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California SLP license.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
