School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Redding, CA
Location: Redding, California
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Hourly Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour (Based on experience)
Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Redding, CA. This role involves assessing and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders to support their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor and support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
