School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position
Location: Fairfield, PA

Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team for the full school year in Fairfield, PA. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with a caseload of 35-40 students. Additionally, there are summer opportunities available.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in speech pathology or a related field
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Pathologist License
- Valid Pennsylvania Education Certification
- Prefers candidates have CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in an educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ speech and language development
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
- Pay: $45-55 per hour
Additional Information:
- Full-time, onsite position
- Caseload of 35-40 students
- Full school year with potential for summer opportunities
