School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position
Location: Fairfield, PA
Status: Accepting Candidates

Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team for the full school year in Fairfield, PA. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with a caseload of 35-40 students. Additionally, there are summer opportunities available.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in speech pathology or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech Pathologist License
  • Valid Pennsylvania Education Certification
  • Prefers candidates have CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students in an educational setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ speech and language development
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
  • Pay: $45-55 per hour
