School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Orting, WA

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students in Orting, WA. This position is perfect for an SLP who enjoys working in a school setting and is committed to helping students overcome communication challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy to improve students’ speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Washington state SLP license or eligibility for certification.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
