Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Dudley, MA. The candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language challenges. This role involves direct therapy, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement therapy goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- For SLP: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- For SLPA: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Massachusetts state licensure (SLP or SLPA).
- ASHA CCCs preferred for SLPs, but not required for SLPAs.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
