Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in North Versailles, PA. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students. This role involves working closely with students, parents, and school staff to support and enhance students' communication skills and academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Pennsylvania state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
