School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed Near Elmira, NY
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time with a caseload of PreK-12th grade students near Elmira, NY. This position offers the opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 20-30 students while providing speech and language services across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to PreK-12th grade students
- Manage a caseload of 20-30 students with varying needs
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State SLP licensure
- CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience working with a diverse student population across multiple grade levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
This full-time position requires 36 hours per week and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
