Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Monroe, NC. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
