About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Millburn, NJ. This role involves working 3 days per week with a preschool caseload, providing essential speech therapy services to young learners.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time (3 days per week)
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (6-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Caseload: Preschool population
- Location: Millburn, NJ (onsite only)
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support early communication development
- Maintain IEP documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
- Experience in early childhood or preschool settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
