Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in McKeesport, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school environment with students of diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students to enhance communication skills in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into the school day.
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective education plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
