Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Magnolia, TX. In this school-based role, you will provide assessments, treatment, and support to students with communication disorders. You will collaborate with educators and parents to ensure students receive the help they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, progress, and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Texas SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
