A school district in Lakeland, FL, is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This role provides the opportunity to support students in achieving their communication goals in a collaborative and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Prior school-based experience is a plus.
