Position Details:
- Full-time

What You'll Do:
- Assess and evaluate patients with speech and language issues
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Lead therapy sessions aimed at speech and language improvement
- Track and record patient progress
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate and engage families in the therapy journey
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Arkansas
- Ideally holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with children or school-age groups is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
