School Year: 2024-25
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate SLP to join our team at an elementary school in Irvine. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment where you will share a caseload with another experienced SLP and receive support from a skilled SLPA. The school caters to students with mild to moderate needs, ensuring a rewarding and dynamic caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
- Collaborate with another SLP to share caseload responsibilities.
- Utilize SLPA support to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Engage with students, parents, and school staff to promote effective communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
