School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Immediate Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team! This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly within the school system, helping students build the communication skills essential for their academic and social success. Position Highlights:
- Location: School-based setting, working with students across various grade levels
- Pay Structure: Hourly pay with guaranteed weekly hours, covering both direct and indirect services

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate speech-language support into the classroom
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular feedback to parents and staff
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, though passion and dedication to student success are most important
