Job Description:
Soliant is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Hyannis, MA. The successful candidate will provide therapy services to students with speech and language needs, contributing to their overall educational and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
