About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hughson, CA. As an SLP, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping them to succeed in the academic environment and in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ progress.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Educate staff and parents on speech and language development and strategies for supporting students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP License.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve success in their academic and social environments.
