Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Hanford, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges and achieve success both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs for students with communication needs.
- Provide speech therapy services to individuals or small groups of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Maintain progress notes, documentation, and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
