Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position in Half Moon Bay, CA. This role involves working with students to address speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them to achieve their full academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Document and track student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals and accommodations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
