School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Position
Trenton, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans, including IEPs, to address individual student needs.
- Deliver therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups, fostering student growth.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes.
- Keep detailed records of student progress and ensure compliance with state and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
- Prior experience in schools is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
