Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Franklin, TN. This school-based position provides an excellent opportunity to work with students with communication disorders, helping them achieve their academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational and developmental goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and contribute to collaborative planning.
- Offer training and resources for staff and parents regarding speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Tennessee State SLP license.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
