Job Description:
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in students’ lives? We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN, providing vital support to students with speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, utilizing innovative and evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote students’ academic and social success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress toward therapy goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
