Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Florin, CA. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and enhancing their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on their specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California SLP license.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
