Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Fitchburg area. In this role, you will provide assessments, interventions, and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders within a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Massachusetts licensure and ASHA certification
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
