School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dublin, OH

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Dublin, OH. The successful candidate will work with students to enhance their communication skills, supporting their academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s specific needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
- Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies to aid students’ speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
