Soliant is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a vibrant school district in Des Plaines, IL. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students' communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student needs.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Illinois SLP license or eligibility.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • School-based experience is a plus.
