School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dallas, TX

Job Description: We are actively seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Dallas, TX. The SLP will be responsible for providing assessments, therapy, and support to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, fostering their development and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ communication needs in the classroom environment.
- Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting.
- Provide resources and guidance to parents and teachers to support the student’s communication skills outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas state SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
