We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Custer Park, IL. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students’ communication needs and making a positive impact within the school community. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor students' progress toward their communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by the district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois state SLP license and certification.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, flexible, and dedicated to supporting student success.
