School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Corona, CA

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Corona, CA. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate communication goals in the classroom and at home.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting goals and tracking student progress.
- Provide training and resources to teachers and parents to support communication development outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California state SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
