Job Description:
A welcoming school district near Columbus, Mississippi, is searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its team! This full-time position is ideal for an SLP passionate about fostering communication skills and helping students succeed. As part of our team, you’ll work with students of various age groups to deliver impactful speech and language services that support academic and social growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Provide engaging, direct therapy to students and track their progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity and support for students
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and district standards
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Mississippi SLP license or ability to obtain one
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric clients is a plus
