Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, therapy, and intervention services to students with diverse speech and language needs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school setting with a multidisciplinary team committed to fostering student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate school staff and families about strategies to support communication development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply!
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
