Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Boulder, CO. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication and language skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Colorado.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
