Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Alton, IL for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment where you can make a difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students within the school district.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
- Deliver therapy and interventions to meet the needs of students, both individually and in groups.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Speech Therapy (or equivalent).
- Must have an IL SLP-CCC or CF License.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay starting at $40-$45+/hour (based on experience).
- Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year.
