ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Alabama. This is a full-time independent contractor position, ideal for a professional ready to make a difference in students' lives from the convenience of a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging speech therapy services to students in a school-based, remote environment
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed for student success
- Work with a range of students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
Position Requirements:
- AL SLP License and Master’s degree in Speech Therapy (required)
- Teletherapy experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
