School based Speech-Language Pathologist position in the Coventry area
Coventry, CT
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in the Coventry area. There's an SLPA at the district as well to help support the caseload, also the district is open to part-time or full-time applicants.
Job Details:
- Speech Language Pathologist
- Full-time
- 7th-12th grade caseload
- Work with students with a variety of communication needs
- Competitive hourly rate typically ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, based on qualifications and experience with some room for negotiation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Connecticut state licensure, CT teaching certification and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school settings is HIGHLY preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
