School Based Speech Language Pathologist opening in Walled Lake
Walled Lake, MI
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Walled Lake, MI. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work closely with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language difficulties in students.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech goals with educational goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but CFYs are welcome to apply.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
