School Based Speech Language Pathologist - Needed in Dallas, Texas

Soliant is currently seeking a committed and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Knowledge of special education laws, particularly related to speech-language services.
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Texas State Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- Must complete fingerprinting and background checks required for working in public schools.
- Compliance with state-specific regulations for providing services in a school-based setting.
