Job Description:
Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school district in Cameron, MO. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students across various age groups, working closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure each student’s communication needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings to support students’ communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and monitor progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and recommend appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Missouri state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
