School Based Speech Language Pathologist Job (Full Time)

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions with school districts in the Napa, CA area. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to help students improve their communication skills and succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet district-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ communication development.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of speech and language goals.
- Provide training and support to school staff and families on communication strategies.
