Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders and facilitate academic success.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the school environment.
- Maintain precise documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory.
