Job Description: Soliant is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work within various school districts. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing students' communication skills and supporting their educational goals through specialized speech and language interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records and documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Preferably experienced in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
