Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Greenwich, CT. This role involves working with students in grades K-12 to improve communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy to address articulation, fluency, and language processing disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive student support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Connecticut SLP license or eligibility.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required.
