Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team in Fort Collins, CO. The successful candidate will work with students to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their full academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
