Job Description:
Kickstart your career as a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) with a rewarding position in Joppa, TN! We are looking for an enthusiastic SLP-CF to join our school-based team, where you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the mentorship of a licensed SLP. This role offers a supportive environment to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship and make a positive impact on students' communication skills and overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success in the classroom.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and therapy goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to completing the Clinical Fellowship year with professionalism and enthusiasm.
