Job Description:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) in Fullerton, CA, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive school environment! This role is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to start their careers and receive supervision as they work towards obtaining their CCC-SLP. You’ll work directly with students to enhance their communication skills and contribute to their academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students develop essential communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Document student progress and update treatment goals in compliance with school and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for SLP Clinical Fellowship (CF) in California.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about supporting students’ growth and learning.
