Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Location: Cecil County Public Schools
Employment Type: W2, Full Time (35 hours/ week)

Your Role:
- Support Assessments: Assist in conducting assessments and collecting data to help diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Implement Treatment Plans: Follow and execute individualized treatment plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), providing direct therapy and support to students.
- Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs and enhance their learning environment.
- Track Progress: Monitor and document student progress, providing updates and feedback to the supervising SLP to ensure effective treatment and adjustments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Valid and active state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
