Key Responsibilities:

Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with communication challenges.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.

Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.

Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Current Maryland SLPA license.
-
At least one year of experience as an SLPA in an educational setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
