Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Support the implementation of personalized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to facilitate student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Completed an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program.
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
